Meet our Leadership





Cassandra Casey



President



Cassie has been with GRS since 2014 and has taken a leadership role for most of her time here. As President, Cassie executes documents for the corporation and presides over meetings and assigns committees. Cassie also serves on the Salem Rescue Squad.



CHristine Cook



Vice President/Secretary



Chris has been a member since 2016. She is responsible for drafting documents, recording meeting minutes, and reaching out to express our gratitude to our supporters.



Ashlee Zinn



Treasurer



Ashlee joined us in 2004 as a Junior Member. As the Treasurer she is responsible for the finances of the agency including budgets, expenses, income and financial holdings.



David Dalaba



Building Superinendent



Dave has been with us since 2005. He is responsible for repairs and maintenance to our facility and works with the officers to create a facility that meets our needs. Dave has been active in the volunteer fire service and currently serves with the Granville Engine and Hose Company.





MANDY HULETT



Director



Mandy joined us in 2018 during her EMT Class. She has since become an AHA BLS Instructor and provider in our Community Paramedicine Program.



Tyler williams



Director



Tyler joined GRS as a Junior Member in 2011. He also serves with the Granville Engine and Hose Company.



Justin Mcintyre



Director



Justin has been a member since 2014. He also serves with the Salem Rescue Squad and as an Officer of The Granville Engine and Hose Company.



Dale decker



Director



Dale joined us in 2014 and has a history of service with the Pawlet Fire Department.





Paul Zinn



Captain



Paul has been a member since 1993, beginning as a junior member. As Captain, he is the agency's chief operational officer and serves many roles in day to day operations. Paul also serves with Granville Engine and Hose Company, Skenesboro EMS, and as the Washington County EMS Coordinator.



Michael Zinn



Assistant Captain



Mike joined in 1996 as a Junior Member. he works in conjunction with the Captain to ensure a smooth day to day operation. Mike also serves as the Chief of the Granville Engine and Hose Company. Mike also serves on the Board of Directors as chosen by the operational officers.



timothy Zinn



First Aid Lieutenant



Tim became a Junior Member of the squad in 2001. He is responsible for maintenance and procurement of medical supplies and equipment. Tim also serves as Deputy Chief of the Hartford Volunteer Fire Company.



Michelle Parbus



Training Lieutenant



Michelle started with GRS in 2007. She is responsible for offering training and leads the QA/QI team. Michelle also serves as an officer with the Granville Engine and Hose Company.



michael Mullen



Safety Lieutenant



Mike has been with us since 1984. Through the years he has served in several positions with our agency. As Safety Lieutenant he is the compliance and health officer.
